November 2021 Udemy Business revenue correction

In November 2021, a system error resulted in underreporting of proportional minutes consumed for Udemy Business courses that included practice test content. Revenue calculations were re-performed, and adjustments have been issued to instructors with undercounted consumption time. We’ve also taken steps to detect and prevent similar system errors in the future.
