News & Updates
We’ve rolled out the new Questions & Answers dashboard for instructors so that you can monitor and respond to student questions with greater ease and efficiency! You can now:
- View questions across all your courses in one place. Filter by course, unanswered questions, and not viewed questions to gain a better understanding of how students are responding to the course content.
- Mark a response as the “Answer” to indicate the correct response to other students or “Helpful” to signal a question from which other students might benefit.
- Access the specific part of the course where the student asked the question, and see what time each question was last updated.
More information on the Q&A dashboard can be found here.
Search in Messages
You can now search your messages! The search feature allows you to go back to specific messages by searching for words or phrases used. Remember that you can also always mark a message as “unread” to come back to it later!

A Week in the Life of a Udemy Instructor
This week in the Udemy Studio we’re all getting to know one another just a little bit better! Each day community members are posting an interesting tidbit about themselves and their lives. Check out the schedule here! And be sure to take a look at what others have posted so far.
Over 110 instructors have registered for Udemy LIVE! This inaugural Udemy instructor summit will take place in San Francisco from June 24-26. This a chance for instructors from around the globe to gather in-person, share ideas, celebrate achievements, and get to know one another and the Udemy team. The event-packed weekend will include keynote addresses from Udemy’s CEO and Udemy’s founder, as well as successful Udemy instructor and overall marketing guru Seth Godin. Attendees will also get a tour of our offices, a formal Gala dinner, entertainment from Oz the Mentalist, and of course, lots of socializing and networking. You can check out a more detailed agenda here.
To reserve your spot at Udemy LIVE, you’ll need to use the personal Registration ID provided in the official email invitation you received (if you didn’t receive one, let us know). Keep in mind that only published and approved instructors are eligible to attend!
