Threaded Messaging System

You asked and we listened! Today we released an enhancement to the direct messaging system that allows you to see previous messages sent to an individual student. Here are some best practices for using direct messages to engage with and activate students (please remember to keep our messaging guidelines in mind too). Ready, set….get messaging!

Q&A With Trust & Safety Team

We want to ensure that our marketplace continues to be collaborative, friendly, transparent, and fair. To that end, we’ve recently launched a Trust & Safety program that includes more clear and consistent guidelines, a brand new Udemy Policies course, and an escalation process to help hold all instructors to the same rules and consequences. You can find all the information about Udemy policies in the Trust & Safety section of our Teach Hub.

We noticed there were some clarifications requested from the community after we launched the program, and today Soumya from our Trust & Safety team hosted a Q&A in the Studio to answer specific questions. Here’s a summary of the conversation!
