New Sorting Options – Instructor Dashboard
We hope you’re finding the information available in your Instructor Dashboard useful! To help you organize the list of courses you’re teaching, we’ve added a few additional sorting options. You can now sort by course title, and by whether the course is published.
Thanks for all your comments and feedback on our new Trust & Safety program! Based on that feedback, we realized there were a few areas where our policies needed clarification, particularly on what types of external links are allowed and where. We understand that there are plenty of good reasons why external links are used, and we don’t want to restrict you unnecessarily. Our focus is on protecting the student experience, and with that still in mind, we’ve clarified what kinds of links you can use within the course material. Please go here to learn more.
We’ll be applying these policies moving forward to all courses. If you have any questions or concerns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org – our Trust & Safety team is here to help you!
In the Community
The Udemy Studio contains an amazing group of diverse individuals, each with their own unique background, skills, and expertise. If you’re a member of the community, you’ve probably leveraged that wealth of knowledge at some point during your Udemy lifetime.
Would you like to give back and help your fellow instructors? Our Studio manager, Lindsey, will be compiling a list of “mentors” to tag on threads where a particular instructor may be able to provide some insight or assistance. If you’re interested in volunteering, just fill out this form. You’ll never be obligated to respond, but you’ll be aware of where you can help if you choose to. If you fill out the form, please also send Lindsey a friend request to ensure she’s able to tag you in the future.
Thanks for helping our community grow and thrive!
