Instructors sound off on the new community
Sure, you’ve already heard us talk about how excited we are to move the Instructor Club and Studio U inside of the Udemy experience. We think that bringing these vibrant and supportive communities in-house means a much better experience for instructors seeking guidance, inspiration, and camaraderie. But don’t just take it from us. We asked Udemy Instructor Scott Duffy for his thoughts on our new home for these communities. Here are Scott’s top three reasons instructors should be excited:
“Our community profile will be more connected to our teaching profile since it’ll be hosted on the Udemy platform
The ability to separate out discussions into a few topic areas, so that people interested in more specific things can find those conversations more easily
The ability to collect the best answers to frequently asked questions so that new instructors will be able to draw on the collected wisdom of the community”
