January 2023 Udemy Business payment correction

In 2022, an error with a particular version of the Udemy Business mobile app resulted in undercounting of proportional minutes consumed for certain Udemy Business courses. Revenue calculations were re-performed, and adjustments have been issued to instructors whose original payout was lower than the corrected amount. We’ve ensured users have upgraded to a fixed version of the app, and we’ve taken steps to detect and prevent similar system errors in the future.
